Amanda Druckemiller, Vice President & Secretary

Mande Druckemiller has a multi-faceted career in technology management, including business analysis, marketing, systems development, training, and quality assurance. She notes that the promise of automation depends, not on the miracles of technology, hyped by clever advertising, but rather on management’s ability to envision and focus performance on results that are useful to people. Mande has a B.S. from the College of Human Development, Syracuse University and an MBA from St. Mary’s College. Her consulting practice combines her interest in group dynamics with a never-ending curiosity to discover the mysteries of successful enterprise. Using a robust problem analysis process, she helps managers solve complex performance problems that commonly plague large organizations. If the problems are not solved using her approach, the reasons why not are very clear. She is best known for her ability to coordinate the activities of diverse groups of business and technical professionals who need to collaborate and cooperate for success.
