David McHugh is a veteran with more than thirty-five years in the Information Systems business. He has extensive experience in systems development and computer operations. David has a broad range of experience in the financial services industry; on worldwide electronic transfer systems and nationwide banking applications. He has an extraordinary ability to keep up with current trends in technology, and has successfully managed complex automation projects in both mainframe and micro-computer environments.
